Pre-booked customer consultations
We advise & consult with our customers on their interiors projects as a matter of course. However, the benefit of our pre-booked consultation is that the customer is guaranteed a minimum of one hour with a staff member – more if possible – and avoids the risk of having to wait as can sometimes happen in busy periods.

Consultations can be booked for 10am on any weekday and are free.

Home measuring service
Measuring for curtains, poles & tracks can be difficult and some customers prefer a professional to do it for them. For £50 (payable at the time of booking) our fitter will come to your home and measure as many windows as you wish him to. If you live within 22 miles of Stanway (ie. Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Telford), there is no mileage charge. Beyond 22 miles, we charge 35p per mile, payable on completion of the measuring job.

Curtain making
We are often congratulated on the quality of our curtainmakers’ work. There are options for all budgets – from simple machined curtains to handmade & interlined ones. We also make pelmets, valances, blinds, bedspreads, tablecloths etc. Just visit us or phone us for a quote.

Fitting, hanging & dressing
We can fit all varieties of blinds & curtains – from a simple single window to elaborate swags & tails. All prices include general fixings. They exclude replacement parts, brackets etc. Mileage charges are as for the measuring service.

Upholstery
Our upholsterer works in the Stanway building itself, which staff and customers alike find particularly convenient. With her piece of furniture on site, the customer can see exactly which fabrics work and which don’t, and any queries can be put to the upholsterer there and then. We can also provide loose covers.

Approval service
The only restriction to our approval service is the size of your car! We actively encourage customers to take interiors items and fabric rolls on approval as it helps enormously to see prospective purchases in situ. This service is free.
